I’m back with a tip to help you tackle the fourth quarter, gracefully.
One thing that has helped me get over so many humps is recognizing , and adjusting my limiting beliefs.
Limiting Beliefs are “ thoughts or opinions , that one believes are the absolute truth.” Thoughts that aren’t always the healthiest, and cause you to stay stagnant. These thoughts may occur from a past experience, lesson, or etc.. But the real truth is, they aren’t final.
As we grow, our values change… You are allowed to let go of the thoughts that are holding you back, the things people judged you for in the past, and even the negative thoughts you've created for yourself.
It’s totally okay, to think highly of yourself… You’ve grown, ACT like it.
