In the spirit of #Throwbacks here's another old #Youtube video of mine from 2018. In this video I talk about how my life went before I started treating myself with love. When we lack of self+love, it reflects throughout many areas of our lives. I have probably said that before, but on this journey we have to be very aware. Low self esteem doesn't look one way, and insecurity isn't shown through one action. These are all things that are noticeable and once we are ready, we have the ability to improve in those areas.
